Appointment Cancellation and No Show Policy
*Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so please be respectful of the time that we have scheduled.*
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Give us 24 hrs notice if you have to change, cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hrs or do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will still be expected to pay the appointment fee, on or before your next visit. Appointments booked same day of service will be assessed a no-show fee should cancellation become necessary. There are no refunds on classes and workshops; all sales are final.
Arrive at your appointment on time. If you are late, your session will be shorter. If you are more than 15 minutes late know that we may not be able to accommodate you. If we cannot accommodate you, it will be considered a missed appointment and you will be expected to pay for your session.
